Please note that we tend to get so busy that sadly we cannot assist with one nights. Come for two or more, it's well worth it!

| Deposit | A deposit of £25 per person per night is required at the time of booking. Payment may be made by debit card or credit card ( £5.00 transferred surcharge for deposit or settlement). |
| Cancellation | In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking we will of course try to re-let your room. However, if we are unable to do so we will debit from you. Cancellation more than 7 clear days prior to 5pm on first booked night: £25 per person per night. Cancellation less than 7 clear days prior to 5pm on first booked night: 85% of the total anticipated cost of stay including accommodation and dinner. Credit card surcharge of £5.00 applies to cancellation charges. We reserve the right to cancel a booking on not less than 14 clear days notice |
